Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
Payment for works under this Agreement may be made by the Customer by handing over of promissory notes to the Contractor. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. From the moment of the transfer of the promissory note, the Customer shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation to pay for the works.
2. Payment for the performed works, made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after signing of the acts on performance of works

1. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made an offer) must provide an estimated calculation for the execution of works before the deadline for accepting applications.
2. This request is not a notice of holding a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
By submitting an offer (offer) the Supplier guarantees that he is a conscientious taxpayer. Upon Buyer's request, the Supplier shall provide tax statements for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to ascertain the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming Supplier's ability to perform delivery obligations independently, including but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
