Company T2 mobile, Tele2 shall notify the brand launch of the tender for the selection of the contractor for installation of fire alarm systems, CCTV and access control systems, as well as the gas fire on objects in the regions of Ivanovo and Yaroslavl.
The procedure will be divided into the following Lots:
LOT 1-installation of video surveillance systems, ACCESS CONTROL, OPS for Office and switch, and Yaroslavl.
LOT 2-installation of video surveillance systems, ACCESS CONTROL, OPS for Office and switch, Ivanovo.
LOT 3-installation of gas extinguishing systems for switch, Yaroslavl.
LOT 4-installation of gas extinguishing systems for switch, Ivanovo.
The tender will take place in 2 stages:
1. Qualifications and request primary proposals
2. The final commercial bidding in a separate procedure Request prices for the trading floor for each lot.
The first step is to provide the following documentation:
1. Declaration of compliance with qualification requirements (seal, signature), as well as the supporting documentation specified in column (F). These requirements are common for all lots.
2. Consent to the processing of personal data-to be filled in and signed by all the persons whose personal data have been cited earlier in the questionnaire of the participant
3. Consent to receive the credit history of a legal entity.
4. Commercial offers on the format of the price-list (in Excel, as well as with a seal and signature). Calculated estimates should be attached to the price-lists for each lot.
