Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
stage 1 - prequalification selection, stage 2 – request for commercial proposals.
Bidders are required to complete and upload:
1. Bid for participation in the tender indicating the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (the bid form is available in the bid documentation).
2. Qualification questionnaire with applications in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer" (download on the website
www.glavstroy-spb.ru/tenders 3. An up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members (the validity period of the SRO statement is 30 days).
To obtain the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out the Bid for participation), you must download the questionnaire through the website of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders (Instructions for completing the questionnaire are available in the bid documentation).
Please note that the documents:
1. Must be executed strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including marked "YES" in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. Signed by the head and certified with the seal of the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
The contractor must confirm its readiness to conclude a contract in accordance with the form approved by Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC, the terms of which are clear and acceptable, including:
1) Willingness to open a current account with Gazprombank JSC to make 100% payments under the agreement through it;
2) Targeted use of funds received as advances under the Contract,
3) Readiness to ensure inclusion in subcontracting agreements and all other agreements that we will conclude to execute the contract on the subject of this tender with third parties, the obligations of such persons to open a current account (Separate Account) with Gazprombank Bank (JSC);
4) Willingness to make settlements under these agreements exclusively through such accounts, except in cases established by Gazprombank (JSC).
Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Those Bidders who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a Bid Notice about the Competitive Bidding Process and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who took part in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of Bidders' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
