Payment terms:Acceptance of works is carried out in stages, on a monthly basis. The Contractor shall, not later than the 25th of the reporting month, provide for consideration by the Customer for examination and signing of the ACT on acceptance of the executed works (Form № KS-2), not later than 3 (three) working days before the end of the reporting month. Certificate of cost of executed Works and expenses (Form № KS-3) and the invoice of the model established in RUSSIA.
Delivery terms:1. Active production.
4. Supply of materials by Contractor.
5. Payment is desirable within 60-90 calendar days from the moment of signing of the Act of executed works, in advance it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in annex 7)
