It is necessary MANDATORY:
1. PASS the prequalification selection (PQ) of RTI LLC by the link:

2. COMPLETELY FILL out the KP (VOR) form approved by RTI LLC and download it in 2 formats: PDF (signed with the seal of the organization) and Excel (editable).
When changing the data in your original commercial proposal (during the auction), download the current commercial proposal form (in the established form), corresponding to the final data. Otherwise, the amount from the uploaded signed commercial proposal will be taken into account.
Proposals are evaluated in strict accordance with the assignment. Analogues can only be offered in addition to the main offer.
3. ATTACH as attachments to the CP:
3.1. indicative work schedule.
3.2. a reference list with a list of similar works performed, indicating the amounts of contracts and contact details of the Customers.
3.3. specification with technical characteristics of the used alternative equipment and materials (when submitting additional Alternative KP).
The conclusion of the contract is possible ONLY in the form of the Customer (the framework contract is attached to the procurement documentation).
Any proposal that does not meet the requirements of the Notice or contains an incomplete set of documents / conflicting provisions may be rejected without obligation to explain the reasons.
