Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
Object visit: The object will be shown on 30.05.2023 at 10:00 (commercial offers will not be accepted from Contractors who have not visited the object)

Mandatory conditions:
1. Fill out the questionnaires attached to the procurement documentation.
2. In the procurement documentation, the tariffier TS Perekrestok (RSR/PB/TSB) is attached/PR), to guide the maximum price for works and materials, as well as for the compilation of the COP.
3. The duration of the work is not more than 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract

Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
2. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of facilities.
3. The indicator of CA (net assets) for the last full reporting year, as well as for the interim reporting period of the current year, which corresponds to the quarter, half-year, nine months, should be positive.
4. The Contractor does not have overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees.
5. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts.
