To clarify the scope of work site visit necessary. Party participating in the procedure (who offer) before the expiry of the deadline, is required to download the following documents (System data loading documents is optional in case If any participant in the personal account, while the participant must indicate this in its proposal):
1.1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
1.2. Certificate of the state registration.
1.3. Certificate of tax registration.
1.4. Extract from USRLE.
1.5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
1.6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
1.7. Offer to deliver the goods (estimate)

2. This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.
