Payment terms:
1. Prices must be indicated taking into account transportation and travel expenses
2. Payment of 100% within 30 banking days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion.
3. Payment for the goods may be made by the Buyer by transferring to the Supplier a bank bill of the Security Council of the Russian Federation with a maturity of 30 days. Transfer of bills is carried out under the act of acceptance.

Comments: 1. In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Customer is entitled to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of materials by the Supplier, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of labor contracts of the persons involved in the delivery, information about the ownership or right of lease: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
