The request for proposals is not a kind of competitive bidding process and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Bid Notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.
The bid for participation is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Обязательные условия:Состав работ:
1. Устройство проемов в существующих стенах с обрамлением, прокладка вентканалов (с огнезащитной обработкой EI30), установка противопожарных клапанов, заделка технологических отверстий в соответствии с разработанным проектом;
2. Установка вентиляторов на здании в соответствии с разработанным проектом.
3. Автоматизация системы.
4. Срок производства работ предусматривается с января по март 2024 года.
5. Гарантийные обязательства Подрядчика – 3 года.
6. При заключении договора предусматривается аванс в размере 50%.
7. Приёмка работ будет осуществляться в соответствии с разработанным проектом.
- Предоставление коммерческого предложения со сроком действия 30 календарных дней.
