It is imperative to attach a technical and commercial proposal with a seal, signature and delivery time in PDF format.
List of documents that must be uploaded to participate:
1. Copy of extract from the register / EGRIP;
2. Copy of the decision on the appointment / election, the order on the appointment of the head;
3. Copies of constituent documents (for legal entities: copies of the Charter (with amendments and additions valid on the date of application / proposal submission), TIN, PSRN; for individuals, individual entrepreneurs: copy of TIN);
4. Copy of the balance sheet as of the last reporting date;
5. A copy of the statement of financial performance at the last reporting date.
6. Copies of the certificate of ownership or lease / sublease and acceptance certificate - transfer of production facilities, warehouses, office;
7. The list of equipment and the balance sheet or a copy of the lease agreement and the act of acceptance - transfer of equipment;
8. A copy of the staffing table valid on the date of submission of the application / proposal;
9. A copy of the Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year;
10. Copy of the Calculation of personal income tax amounts calculated and withheld by the tax agent (form 6-NDFL) as of the last reporting date.
This procurement procedure is not a tender or auction and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447–449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procurement procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the customer and the organizer of the purchase an appropriate amount of civil law obligations for the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the procurement procedure or other participants who took second and subsequent places when the winner evaded signing the contract.
