4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without modification:
- tax clause (attached to trades);
- consent to the disclosure of trade secrets (attached to the bidding);
- sanctions clause (attached to the bidding).
The contract template will be used by the winner counterparty, BUT with adjustments LLC Tambov bacon
5. In order to conclude the contract, the participant must provide the full package of statutory documents according to the List of documents for the conclusion of the contract.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
