DOCUMENTS TO BE LOADED:
1) The Submitted application for participation should be accompanied by TAP with appendices and contain the key information on the rendered volume of services, conditions and terms of rendering of services.
2) Please read CAREFULLY the model edition of the contract of rendering services. The Participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which should be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise it is considered that the Participant agrees with the proposed edition.
3) TAP is supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (information on the fleet of equipment, SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This procedure of request for proposals is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 to 1 of the CIVIL Code of the RUSSIAN Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 to 2 of the CIVIL Code of the RUSSIAN Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
