Delivery terms:The works must be carried out at the Customer's site located in the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Tomponsky District, Nezhdaninsky section.
Georeferencing:(Rep. Sakha/Yakutia/, Tomponsky ulus, section "Nezhdaninsky" (577th km of the Federal highway "Kolyma" plus 100 km to the Section "Nezhdaninsky"))

2. Proposals will not be accepted without uploaded documentation.
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting this activity, quality, terms of work, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure of prequalification does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
