Auto-extension

Payment terms:
90% of the cost of the work actually performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer, less the amount of the advance payment (10% of the paid share) within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of acceptance by the Customer of the work performed by the Contractor.
The difference between the Final cost of the work and the amount of money paid by the Customer is paid within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery and acceptance of the work under the Contract as a whole (from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Performance of Obligations).
