Payment terms:Advance payment -50%. The remaining payments are paid monthly, as the stages of work are completed, on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the work performed, form KS-2, certificate of form KS-3, signed by representatives of the parties, invoice and invoice, simultaneously with as-built documentation and test results (at the request of the Customer ) certain types of work.
The final payment is made within 10 working days after the submission of the executive documentation and the signing of the technical readiness act （10%）.

Part 6. Requirements for the performance of work.
6.1. Installation must be carried out in accordance with the drawings from the appendix.
6.2. The company that installs the tank must have at least two welders with a valid NAKS certificate ， at least one master welder with a NAKS certificate; equipment and welding consumables must have a NAKS certification certificate ， there must be a certificate of welding technology. In addition, the company performing the installation must have permission from the SRO.
6.3. Upon completion of the installation work, work must be performed to check the tightness of the containers - water pressure testing.
6.4. The technical customer and the company for construction supervision are chosen by Angel East Rus LLC.
6.5. Observe the requirements for the execution of executive documentation in accordance with the current regulatory documents and SNiPs 。
6.6. The foundation for each of the tanks is already in place
6.7. The Bidder is responsible for equipment installation and commissioning. Problems encountered during the installation and commissioning process must be eliminated urgently.
6.8. The Bidder may submit his alternative work project for consideration by the Tender Company.
6.9. Characteristics of the environment for the performance of work / operation of the equipment:
• Temperature: weather conditions at the time of work, work will be carried out outdoors
• Voltage (power supplies) can be carried out into the work area of 220V and 380V
