Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: For consideration of your offer, you must send:
- completed contractor's application form in Word format
- The completed application 1 to the TOR in Excel format. Be sure to indicate per unit price, total cost of the products subject to the supply volume, in column 3 "Other expenses calculation algorithm", maximum amount of other expenses. Please, note, that no items can be added/deleted and the scope of works can not be changed.
- Completed and signed by the head of the company card KP (all fields are required)
- an extract from the register of SRO members
In case of disagreement with the terms of the basic agreement, the protocol of disagreement must be attached to the completed documents.
A commercial offer provided without filling out the required documents may not be accepted for consideration.
