1. Коммерческое предложение.
Коммерческое предложение просим прислать на фирменном бланке с подписью и печатью, в нем должна содержаться следующая информация:
∙ Наименование организации, ИНН/ОГРН организации;
∙ Срок реализации проекта (календ. дней);
∙ Стоимость материалов в руб. без НДС
∙ Стоимость работ по монтажу в руб. без НДС;
∙ Итого стоимость реализации проекта (включая оборудования, материалы, доставку, монтажные работы и т.д. по адресу: Россия, 644105, г. Омск, ул. Разъездная, 14.);
∙ Условия оплаты, кол-во дней отсрочки (предпочтительная отсрочка 60 дней)
2. Копия свидетельства о гос. регистрации.
3. Копия свидетельства о постановке на налоговый учет.
