If you wish you can register in the solicitation procedure, you must fill in and send the following documents:
1. Contractor questionnaire
2. List of works (if not previously provided),
3. A package of documents to verify counterparty WEB (if not previously provided),
4. Scanned copies of licenses, CPO, are required to perform this type of work,
5. Reference list (with depth no more 3 years),
6. Written confirmation of their own certified and legally operating staff identity to perform this type of work. (qualifications of available IDs, etc.)

Requirements for bidders:
1. Execution of works till 20.10.2018 г.
2. Data execution experience of works not less than 2 years;
3. Readiness to start work before the conclusion of the Treaty from the date of receipt of the nomination letters
4. Consent to the conclusion of the model contract as amended by LLC "LADA Izhevsk»;
5. Having our own certified and legally operating identity to perform this type of work for staff;
6. Own the material and technical base;
7. Warranty work performed not less than 2 years from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works and/or act of removing comments
8. The warranty on the equipment;
9. Installed equipment must be Russian certificates of conformity and fire safety certificates. Certificates must be made available to the customer prior to the commencement of work;
10. All work must be performed in accordance with the technical requirements and estimates of LLC "LADA Izhevsk» within a timeframe to be agreed upon by the customer. Before the beginning of works prior to the conclusion of the contract and give signed and agreed timetable.

The application is accepted before 12:00 August 14, 2018 year hours (Moscow time).

Documents submitted for consideration at a later date will not be accepted.
