Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the Contractor submitting the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) executive documentation
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
The term and method of payment for equipment / materials is determined when signing the Agreement
Delivery terms:
In the proposal, it is necessary to indicate the total cost of work for the sum of three Local estimate calculations (estimates) and attach the prepared estimates in XML format.
Adjustments in volumes are not allowed.
Proposals without the above-stated estimates will not be considered.
The proposal must be submitted on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- full name of the organization;
- requisites and contact information: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
