Payment terms:The amount of the advance is no more than 30% of the cost of the upcoming monthly amount of work / services. Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account / The Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 15-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties. The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days). The decision on the selection of the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for Tatneft-Neftekhim Management Company LLC using a financial calculator (Appendix VIII. "Financial documents". Financial calculator).

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ООО "УК "Татнефть-Нефтехим". В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. В тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ООО "УК "Татнефть-Нефтехим" продление сроков запроса ценовых предложений НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке «Файлы, загруженные организатором» после подведения итогов.
