Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
completed works are carried out, Payment within 10 (ten) working days counting from the date of signing by the customer of the taking over certificate of the executed works (unified form # KS-2), based on the account of the contractor.
Date of payment is determined by the date of debiting the current account of the customer.
Calculations are made by transfer of payment orders by the customer of non-cash monetary funds to the account of the contractor.
Cost includes:
- the value of the work performed by the contractor;
- the cost of materials, as well as the cost of operation of the equipment used to perform the work;
- the cost of transportation, packing, loading/unloading materials Contractor to perform the work;
- the cost of training and the transfer of Executive and other documentation related to the implementation of the obligations under the Treaty;
- payment of customs fees, duties and other payments made by the contractor in fulfilment of obligations under the present contract.
Delivery terms:
term of execution of works: 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract parties.
Performance of work specified in the Bill of quantities (p. 2.1. Notice) is dependent of the contractor, i.e. using materials and equipment the contractor referred a bill of materials (para. 2.2. Notice).
Execution of works is performed at the location of the customer at the address: 390013, Ryazan, UL. High-voltage, d. 6.
The obligation of the contractor is considered to be executed since the signing of the Act of Customer acceptance of the executed works.
On the fact of fulfilled works Contractor is available to the customer the following documentation:
- Passport and user manual for the installed equipment;
- Act of acceptance of the executed works-2 copies;
- Invoice-1 copies.
