Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

MANDATORY:
1. PASS the pre-qualification (PKO) of RTI LLC at the link:
https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=2767231
2. FULLY COMPLETE RTI's approved KP Form (VOR) and upload it in 2 formats: PDF (signed with the organization's seal) and Excel (editable).
If you change the data in your source CP (during the bidding process), upload the current KP form (according to the set form) corresponding to the final data. Otherwise, the amount from the uploaded signed KP will be taken into account.
Proposals are evaluated in strict accordance with the assignment. Analogues can only be offered in addition to the main offering.
3. ATTACH as apps to KP:
3.1. indicative production schedule.
3.2. Reference list listing similar work performed with contract amounts and Customer contact details.
3.3. specification with specifications of the alternative equipment and materials used (if supplementals. Alternate CP).
Contracting is only possible on the form of the Customer (the framework contract is attached to the procurement documents).
Any proposal that does not meet the requirements of the Notice or contains an incomplete set of documents/conflicting clauses may be rejected without obligation to explain why.
