Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Non-cash payment form, 100% postpayment, within 30 calendar days (in the case of concluding the standard form of the Outsourcing Agreement) and 60 calendar days (in the case of concluding the standard form of the Contract) from the date of signing the acts of work performed (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
