Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: This competitive procedure upon the prior choice of the Supplier shall be directed in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the implementation of the Commercial Request Procedure proposals which (like the Provider's pre-selection procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not governed by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the GK RF.
