Payment terms:The Customer pays the Contractor the cost of the work performed on the first working Thursday after 30-60 calendar days, calculated from the day following the date of signing by the Customer of the Act on acceptance of work performed in the form of KS-2.
Payment is subject to the submission by the Contractor, together with the Act, of the work performed in the form of COP-2 of the following documents:
- forms КС - 3 - Information on the cost of work performed and costs;
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation;
- Executive documentation for the work performed in the amount provided for by this Agreement;
- statements of installed equipment;
- Form M - 29 - Report on the consumption of materials of the Customer;
- invoices and waybills confirming the Contractor’s actual expenses for materials recorded in the estimates based on invoices and price lists
The payment term under the agreement is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on the selection of the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix No. 3a)
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but no later than July 15, 2020) to December 31, 2020

The tender is held in the form of a single request for proposals.

The list of documents required for participation is indicated in the instructions to the Participant.

Notification of the results of the procedure will be available in the tab "Files uploaded by the organizer" after summing up.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры.
