Payment for the Equipment is made by the Buyer on the basis of the Supplier's invoice in the following order:

| Delivery terms: | The Supplier undertakes to deliver the Equipment to the Buyer's warehouse by its own efforts and means.
Delivery is carried out by road to the Buyer's warehouse located at the address: 1 Trubny Ave., Lipetsk, Russian Federation.
Delivery time of the Equipment is within 14 calendar days.
After delivery of the Equipment to the Buyer's warehouse, the Buyer checks the compliance of the Equipment by the number of container places.
If the number of containers matches, the Buyer signs the consignment note. The signing of the consignment note confirms the acceptance by the Buyer of the specified number of containers and does not mean acceptance by the Buyer of the Equipment in terms of quantity, quality and completeness.
Inspection and verification of the Equipment for compliance with the quantity, quality and completeness shall be carried out by the Buyer in his warehouse within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the Equipment. |
