Comments: 1. IN CASE OF SUPPLIER'S VIOLATION AGREED IN THE SPECIFICATION OF THE DELIVERY TIME, THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.
2. The place of mooring of vessels is located on the territory of sensitive facilities, access control is in effect. Clearance for entry:
Astrakhan - the area of responsibility of the supplier;
Kaliningrad is the buyer's responsibility.
3. Astrakhan Fleet - according to the Supplier's information about the readiness for shipment on board the vessel, the Buyer informs him of the exact date of arrival of one of the vessels at the port, as a result of the delivery date. From the moment of notification of the supplier, readiness for shipment - no more than a day.
Kaliningrad Fleet - supply is delivered to the office, in Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
4. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
5. The participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.
6. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, the details of the proposed items with the indication of technical characteristics and the application of certificates should be displayed.
12. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
