Payment terms:
Payment of 100% within 20 working days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods.
Delivery terms:
Following the results of the procedure, a competitive card will be issued, it is MANDATORY to fill out the Commercial Proposal according to the attached form.
Terms of delivery (mandatory):
1. Prices should be indicated taking into account delivery and packaging (crates) to the Buyer's warehouse in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, North Yenisei district, Veduginskoye field.
2. Specify the time when the products are ready for shipment.
3. Specify the manufacturer of the products. Specify the relationship to the products. If a dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Product and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport and photo of the products offered).
5. Containers must be:
- Airtight.
- Without deformations and cracks.
-The doors are completely in good condition.
- Floors without potholes and broken boards.
6. Specify the warranty period for the Product. It must be calculated from the moment the shopping center is put into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of Goods and the total lot (weight, volume).
8. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. When forming an bid for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer. The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the Commercial Proposal".
Criteria for determining the Winner:
1.Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, Customer approval.
2. The lowest total transaction value, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse at the Veduginskoye field.
3. The period of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
4. The Bidder's attitude to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provision of a complete package of documents specified in the terms of the procedure (in the absence of a valid framework agreement)
