The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3. If the provider accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude the contract on delivery of the model form of JSC "ZTZ" without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
