Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay by transferring funds to the Provider's account in the following order: prepayment 30% of the value of the goods, 70% postpayment within 5 (five) working days from the date of acceptance of the entire batch of goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs are included in the price of the Goods.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and by himself to the Buyer's warehouse. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Delivery time of the Goods: 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the specification. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The Supplier ensures 100% fulfillment of the Customer's request (range and quantity).
