Payment terms:- Перечисление денежных средств на расчетный счет поставщика по факту отгрузки продукции транспортной компании Л-Ц в течение 90 календарных дней.
- Указанная в предложении цена действительна до 31.12.2014 года.
- Без учета транспортных расходов.
- С учетом тары, упаковки и всех накладных расходов.
Delivery terms:- Поставка продукции может осуществляться партиями.
- Объемы в течение года могут корректироваться как в большую, так и меньшую стороны.
- Поставка осуществляется по факту возникновения потребности ОАО "ГМК "Норильский никель".
- Указано примерное место поставки, точное место передачи транспортной компании уточняется по факту.
- Продукция должна быть упакована и промаркирована в соответствии с ГОСТом 15846-2002 (для крайнего Севера).
- Поставщик принимает типовой Договор поставки в редакции ООО "Логистик-Центр" без Протокола разногласий.
