Payment terms:
Extension of term of payment - 45 calendar days after the Goods are delivered to the Cargo Receiver’s warehouse
Delivery terms:
Term of supply: March 18, 2016. The Supplier shall bear the transportation expenses for delivery of the goods to the Cargo Receiver’s warehouse or to the warehouse of the transportation company in Omsk.
Comments: 1. The participant shall be a registered member of B2B-Cordiant Trade and Purchasing System on http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and possessing the rights of the System Member. 2. All prices in a bid shall include all taxes and other obligatory charges, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier. 3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer, it is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The Buyer may refuse from conducting a purchase procedure in any time after it was announced, as well as after expiration of bid submission deadline with no liabilities imposed. 4. If the Supplier participates in the bidding, it means that, in case he is declared a winner, he agrees to enter into an agreement in the standard form of AO Cordiant without statement of disagreements and to supply products under the conditions specified in the announcement on the purchase.
