3. Each batch of products subject to delivery shall have the following original accompanying documents:
- Certificates of conformity with blue seal or quality passports with blue seal, technical passports of the product, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other normative legal acts of the Russian federation-1 Copy.
- Original Invoice-1 Copies.
- Consignment note (form № auction-12)-2 copies.
- Waybill (1jekz.) (or upd + waybill).
The invoice, waybill and the consignment note on the form trade-12 (or upd + Waybill) are transferred to the buyer together with the Product.
4. The customer has the right to refuse to conclude the contract without Explanation.
