2) Все цены в предложении должны включать все налоги и другие обязательные платежи, стоимость всех сопутствующих услуг, а также все скидки, предлагаемые поставщиком.
3) Настоящий запрос предложений (цен) не является офертой (публичной офертой) организатора. Организатор вправе отказаться от проведения закупки в любое время со дня ее объявления, в том числе после окончания срока приема заявок.
