Comments:
the procurement procedure is carried out in two stages:
1st Stage "Preliminary Qualification"
In the first phase, participants must provide a letter of consent to participate in the procurement procedure. The participant wants to participate (in a free form, on the letterhead of the company), as well as information about the company and the experience of implementing similar projects in the format of presentation or writing.
Upon the results of consideration of the data provided in the course of preliminary qualification in respect of each participant the customer will be made a decision on admission to the next stage.
The participants, admitted to the second stage by the customer, will be given the reference samples of uniform, for manufacture of samples.
Important:
A company that has not participated in the first stage may not be mistake until the second stage.
2nd Stage "Main"
During the main stage, participants must provide completed questionnaires-offers and product samples.
As a result of the second stage the customer will assess the quality of the provided samples and commercial conditions proposed by the participants and decide on the selection of the winner of the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
