Procurement procedure shall be conducted in two stages:
Stage 1 - Prequalification of bidders
At the 1st stage the Bidders shall provide a letter of consent for participation in the bidding procedure. The letter shall state that the Bidder wishes to participate in the bidding (in a free form, on the company's letterhead paper), as well as contain the information about the company, as well as its previous experience with similar projects (as a letter or presentation).
Once the information submitted by the bidders at the pre-qualification stage is examined, the Buyer shall decide whether to admit each Bidder to the next stage.
The bidders admitted to the second stage will be provided with the reference samples of the uniform for the purpose of samples production.
Please, note:
A company that has not participated in the first stage can not be admitted to the second stage.
2nd stage - Main stage
At the main stage the bidders shall provide the completed Questionnaires, Proposals and products samples.
Following the results of the second stage the Buyer shall assess the quality of the provided samples and consider the commercial conditions suggested by the bidders, and the winner shall be selected.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
