Payment under this agreement is made on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier by cashless transfer of funds to the Supplier’s current account no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Parties have signed the consignment note without comment (f. TORG-12) or UPD, as well as the provision of the original, certified by the seals and signatures of the Parties to the supply agreement
