Payment terms:The customer makes payment on the basis of the Act of services rendered and signed by the Parties. The certificate of services rendered is transmitted by the Contractor to the Customer on a monthly basis, no later than the 5th (fifth) day of the month following the reporting one. Settlement for the Services rendered is made by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account within 3 (three) business days from the date of signing of the act of rendered Services on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor.

Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

The contractor shall have the right to request clarification on this documentation from the Buyer. Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing at the e-marketplace.
