The Participant who participated in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system (downloading these documents is optional if the Participant has them in the Personal Account, and the Participant must indicate this in his proposal) :
1.1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
1.2. Certificate of the state registration.
1.3. Certificate of tax registration.
1.4. Extract from USRLE.
1.5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.

— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.

2. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the Procurement Organizer and the Winner will be concluded within 10 business days after the date of determination.
