Comments:
Rooting, removal and disposal of stumps are not included in the scope of work on the TK;
1) Machines and mechanisms necessary for the performance of work, the requirement for the Contractor's equipment is the release of workable equipment with CTG - 0.85%.
2) The vehicles must be manned by experienced crews;
3) Availability of equipment and tools in the required volume for the production of work.
4) In the commercial proposal, the Contractor must indicate a list of mechanisms, tools and types of work for which it is planned to involve each unit of equipment.
5) The Contractor's equipment is parked at the place of work, the safety of property is the responsibility of the Contractor.

6) The minimum (expected) number and list of machines and mechanisms of the Contractor:
- Harvester (harvester) - 1 unit;
- Skidder (skidder) - 1 unit;
- onboard cargo vehicle with a manipulator - 1 unit;
- chainsaw - at least 10 units.
- mulcher (mounted or on its own self-propelled chassis) - at least 1 unit.

7) The staff must include qualified specialists.

8) Availability and provision by employees of medical commissions for admission to work in the Far North.

9) Employees must have qualification certificates depending on the type of work performed, certificates of slingers, corresponding to the tolerance group for electrical safety.

10). Providing employees with personal protective equipment during work (safety helmet, goggles, signal vest, overalls, safety footwear, etc.).
