The participant who took part in the procedure (who made the proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system (loading of these documents is not necessary if they are available to the Participant in the Personal Area, the Participant must indicate this in his proposal) :
1.1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if they were).
1.2. Certificate of state registration.
1.3. Certificate of tax registration.
1.4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
1.5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a note of the tax authority on acceptance.
1.6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of Attorney.
1.7. Commercial offer for the supply of goods (estimate)
1.8. Certificate SRO
2. This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the Purchase Organizer and the Winner will be concluded within 10 working days after the date of determination.
