4. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of our own fleet of equipment, availability of the necessary documents for conducting construction activities. quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
5. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
6. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
7. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, but the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
