| Payment terms: | Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer to the Supplier upon delivery of all the Products stipulated by the Agreement on the basis of the invoice received by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the Consignee signs the receipt of the receipt after receipt of the Products of the proper quality and in the proper completeness. |
