2. The participant must provide the organizer with a scan copy of the following documents:
- Charter
- Certificate of State Registration of legal entity;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Documents confirming the authority of the person to perform actions under the contract (signing of the contract, specifications thereto, etc.);
- An order to enter the head of the company, a document on the extension of his powers, a power of attorney for a person who is not the head of the enterprise;
- Balance sheet and Profit and loss statement for the last reporting date preceding the date of conclusion of the contract (for taxpayers of simplified taxes-copies of declarations in accordance with the applicable tax regimes).
