| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the Goods within 45 calendar (forty-five) days from the date of receipt of the Goods with the TORG-12 consignment note signed by the Parties on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The Buyer transfers the funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the Parties in the relevant Specification to this Agreement. |
