Auto-extension

Payment terms:payment is made by the buyer in the amount of 100% of the cost of each delivered consignment by means of transfer of funds to the account of the supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing the commodity waybill of the form Torg-12 (UPD) Materially responsible person at the supplier's warehouse.
All costs of manufacturing and delivery of the goods must be included in the price of the goods. The date of fulfillment of the payment obligation by the Purchaser shall be the amount of money debited from the buyer's current account.
Delivery terms:1.1. Delivery of the goods is carried out pickup by the customer from the warehouse of the supplier in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan.
Delivery to the warehouse of the supplier in Ufa is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier on preliminary request of the customer.
1.2. Terms of delivery of goods: From the date of conclusion of the contract on 31.12.2019 G.
1.3. Planned periodicity of delivery of goods: Once a month.
1.4 The goods delivered not on request-demand from the customer, are not accepted and are not paid.

Comments:

A copy of all available product certificates must be attached to the commercial proposal.
Preference is given to the supplier, grantor the commercial offer for the full scope of delivery.

2. To the offers in electronic form to participants of the given procedure it is necessary before opening of envelopes to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and file in the form of scanned copy of its commercial The proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. In the case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the said requirements, the organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
