Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the Goods within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the receipt of the Goods with the TORG-12 bill of lading signed by the Parties on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The Buyer transfers the funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the Parties in the relevant Specification to this Agreement.
