Обоснование: В соответствии с п.4.6.5 закупочной документации, в случае если принято решение об отказе в допуске к участию в запросе ценовых котировок всех участников закупки или о допуске к участию в закупке и признании участником запроса ценовых котировок только одного участника запроса ценовых котировок, запрос ценовых котировок признается несостоявшимся.
Согласно п. 4.7.5. закупочной документации, заказчик имеет право заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры закупки в случае его соответствия требованиям документации процедуры закупки.
Закупочная комиссия приняла решение признать ООО «Компания ЭЛПО» единственным участником запроса ценовых котировок с последующим заключением с ним договора.
