Обоснование: Согласно п. 4.6.6. закупочной документации в случае если принято решение об отказе в допуске к участию в запросе предложений всех участников закупки или о допуске к участию в закупки и признании участником запроса предложений только одного участника запроса предложений, запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся.
Согласно п. 4.7.4 закупочной документации, заказчик имеет право заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры закупки в случае его соответствия требованиям документации процедуры закупки.
Закупочная комиссия приняла решение признать ЗАО «Накал»-Промышленные печи» единственным участником запроса предложений с последующим заключением договора.
