Обоснование: В соответствии с п.4.6.5 закупочной документации, в случае если принято решение об отказе в допуске к участию в запросе ценовых котировок всех участников закупки или о допуске к участию в закупке и признании участником запроса ценовых котировок только одного участника запроса ценовых котировок, запрос ценовых котировок признается несостоявшимся.
В соответствии с п. 4.7.6. Заказчик вправе отказаться от заключения договора после подведения итогов по запросу ценовых котировок.
Закупочная комиссия приняла решение признать ЗАО ТД «Завод «Микрон» единственным участником запроса ценовых котировок без последующего заключения с ним договора
